» The Hostel is under the direct control of the Principal of the college.
» Students shall occupy the place allotted to them in the hostel. All arrangements should be made with the permission of the warden.
» Any student leaving the hostel in the course of the month shall pay the charges for the whole month.
» Every student shall provide locking facility for their own rooms.
» Students should refrain from any wastage of food, water and electricity.
» Hostelers shall not entertain visitors after 6 pm and during working hours.
» Hostelers may entertain their visitors only in the parlour. Visitors are not permitted to enter the inner rooms or the dining hall.
» No hawkers or sales personnel will be permitted to enter the hostel premises.
» Hostelers shall not enter the kitchen or give orders to the cooks or other servants. Complaints if any, shall be brought to the notice of the warden.
» Silence will be observed in the hostel on all days between 6 am to 8 a.m. and after 5.30 p.m. On holidays, 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 to 4 p.m. will be hours of silence.
» Hostelers shall not enter one another’s room after 8 p.m.
Hostelers should retire to bed at 11.00 p.m.
» All cases of illness must be reported immediately to the warden who will arrange medical aid. Hostelers will have to pay for their own medical expenses.
» Hostelers may go out only with the permission of the warden. They will be allowed to go home occasionally with prior permission of the warden.
» Catholic students will consider participation in the Holy Mass as their greatest privilege and blessing, and will not miss it for trivial reasons. Students of other religious denominations are free to attend the Mass and visit the Chapel in their leisure time.
» Two of the hostelers will be elected Prefect and Assistant Prefect for the year. It is their duty to help the warden to maintain proper discipline in the hostel.
» Every hosteler shall do her best towards the maintenance of order, peace and harmony in the hostel.
» Use of mobile phones is allowed in the hostel only during the stipulated time.
